Join Susan for a 2-hour workshop where you’ll create your own beautiful appliqué and embroidered hoop picture. The session will begin with a demonstration of various embroidery stitches, giving you the skills to add texture and detail to your design. You’ll then move on to designing your picture, with the option to use templates and a light box if desired. Learn how to use double-sided fusible to securely attach fabric to your base, then get creative with adding
stitches, beads, buttons, and other embellishments.
Susan will also guide you
through finishing your hoop, so it’s ready to hang.
All materials and tools will be provided.
This workshop is beginner-friendly, suitable for ages 12+ (under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult).
