Come celebrate 50 years of Apple Valley High School with an array of activities from 2:00–4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 2nd, including school tours, information booths, and more. The celebration will culminate at 4:00 p.m. with a special program in the main gym featuring video segments and speakers highlighting the rich history of AVHS, along with performances by the AVHS Wind Ensemble and Valley Select Chorale. The program will include the world premiere of "The Widening Sky," composed by Minnesota composer Jocelyn Hagen.
