🌳 Pruning Workshop Sold Out – Grafting Workshop Still Available! 🌳Our Pruning Workshop on January 18th is now fully booked, but there are still places left for the Apple Tree Grafting Workshop on Saturday, 8th February at Amber Valley Vineyards, Wessington.
🍎 Take Home Your Own Grafted Tree!
Learn the art of grafting with expert tuition from Mel and Dave of The Leicestershire Heritage Apple Project. You’ll get to graft your own apple trees on MM106 rootstocks and take them home with you!
📅 Details:
• Date: Saturday 8th February
• Time: 10am for 10.30am start
• Location: Amber Valley Vineyards, Back Lane Orchard, Wessington, Derbyshire. W3W: joked:scarcely:toasted
• Price: £50 per person
Workshop takes place in our orchard and/or under cover of the Orchard Pavilion. If particularly inclement we’ll be indoors in our cellardoor building by the fire.
🌱 Supporting Nature and Community:
All surplus funds go toward maintaining our orchard, enhancing local biodiversity, and supporting our Rainforest Project.

We’re offering two free places for young people aged 13 to 18 to learn this essential skill. If you, or someone you know, might benefit, please get in touch! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in orchard management and varietal preservation.
