On December 20, we are hosting one of the events that means the most to us this season, and we would love for you to be part of it. At 4:00 PM, we will gather outside among the Christmas trees to get settled and ready to sing. At 4:15, we will begin with a small set of familiar carols right here at the Barn before boarding the bus and heading out into the community.We will be visiting five homes in the Bennington area where a little extra holiday love would make a difference this year. Our only purpose is to show up with warmth, music, and kindness. No fundraising. No presents. Just a group of neighbors bringing a moment of light to someone’s doorstep.
To make this evening truly special, we need volunteers.
We need singers.
We need helpers.
We need smiling faces and willing hearts.
You do not need to be a trained singer to join us. You just need to want to be part of something meaningful. The more people we have, the more powerful this experience will be for the families we visit.
We are also inviting the community to help identify who might benefit most from a visit. If you know someone who would appreciate a little extra care this season, please consider nominating them. A nomination form will be added in the comments of this event. You may print it and drop it off at The Apple Barn or email it to us.
This evening is about connection, compassion, and remembering what this season is truly about. We hope you will join us and help us spread love throughout our community in the most genuine way.
