The Prana Dome rests on land of deep spiritual resonance — quartz-rich, creek-fed, and cradled by the ancient mountains of Appalachia. Our day begins with a soothing All-Level Gentle Yoga session, closing in a Sound Bath Savasana to awaken the senses and ground the spirit.
We then savor fresh parfaits and relax beside the serene waters of our oasis before gathering for our Lunch & Learn Workshop: Earth Medicine & Foraging. Together, we explore how food, herbs, and local plants can enhance health and vitality.
In the afternoon, we take this wisdom into the wild on a guided foraging excursion paired with a Blue Ridge Parkway scenic drive and hiking tour, immersing ourselves in the beauty and abundance of nature.
We end the day with Yoga Nidra, accompanied by a Shamanic Reiki sound and vibration experience, leaving you deeply restored. It’s the perfect day to connect with friends, commune with nature, and discover the foraging treasures of North Carolina.
