Aphrodisia is a 90-minute guided dance movement experience designed to help you reconnect with your body through flow, dance, and sensation.

This is a space where movement becomes a doorway—
into softness, into feeling, into the natural sensuality that already lives within you.

We begin by grounding into the body through gentle, guided movement—
softening tension, opening the breath, and creating a sense of safety within.

From there, you’ll be guided into simple, fluid movement and beginner-friendly choreography, allowing your body to lead. Not to perform—but to feel. To explore. To express.

This is not about getting it right.
It’s about coming back into your body.
