Much like their tiny namesake, the music of Aphids as Lovers can come through in subtle waves and as a destructive force. Their lyrics express a desire to combat complacency through acts of resistance, romance, self-love, or simply getting off the couch, while the music flips the couch over and forces you to action.

Aphids as Lovers recently released 'Rosa Mortem Demos,' a collection of five songs from a live session at Rosa Mortem studios in Sacrament, CA. The songs are streaming on all major platforms and available on Bandcamp.
