American Public Health Association Public Health Career Fair
Held in conjunction with APHA’s Annual Meeting (Nov .2–5, 2025), our Career Fair is open to job seekers with a focus on career opportunities in the greater Washington, DC area including but not limited to Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. It will be an excellent venue to promote your career opportunities in public health and adjacent fields. Employers from all areas or public health are invited to recruit for full-time, part-time and internship roles.
Registration closes Oct. 10.

PRICING AND DETAILS
Registration Pricing (all registration types sare subject to approval)
- For-Profit Organizations: $750 per booth
- Government Organizations: $510 per booth
- Non-Profit Organizations: $325 per booth
Payment: Full payment is due upon reservation by credit card.
Included in Fee:
Each company will receive a 6’ table and two chairs. Note that this is not a 10 x 10 booth space. Registration is for two staff. No meals are included. You are welcome and encouraged to bring a tablecloth, a small standing banner, promotional materials, job announcements and any swag or promotional items you wish to share with attendees.
Table Locations
Table locations will be selected by the APHA planning team based on a first come, first served basis. Those who submit early will be placed closest to the main entrance. If you would like to be placed near a particular partner organization, email [email protected]. Table locations will be shared two weeks prior to the event. Participants may hand carry materials into the Marriott.
SPONSORSHIP AND ENHANCEMENTS

Interview Booths/Private Meeting Space: Hold on the spot interviews. Space can be reserved for $100 per hour
Flier at the Career Fair and APHA Annual Meeting: For an additional $50, a flier of your job posting will be placed on a career board in the Career Fair and within the exhibit hall of APHA’s Annual Meeting. Flier may be no larger than an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper.
POLICIES
Please ensure all participating representatives from your organization review the information below. Registrant's Terms of Agreement Policy You, as the fair registrant, are responsible for abiding by the following policies:
- All registrations are subject to approval
- Payment Deadline Policy: All payments must be received by Friday, October 10, 2025.
- Cancellation/Refund/No-Show Policy: No refunds will be granted once registered. In addition, if a registration has been completed and your organization is a "no-show" for the fair, registration fees will not be refunded.
- Credit/Cancellation Policy for Weather & Emergency Conditions: In the event that APHA’s full Annual Meeting and the Career Fair are cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. inclement weather, power outages, acts of war, acts of government, etc.) APHA will refund participants within 30 business days of the scheduled event.
APHA Code of Conduct
APHA convenes events and meetings that are welcoming, respectful, inclusive and collaborative. This Code of Conduct applies to all APHA-sponsored events as well as affiliated events connected with an APHA meeting or event, whether in a public or private facility. All individuals at the career fair, including attendees, sponsors, speakers, facilitators, guests, staff, contractors and volunteers will adhere to APHA’s Code of Conduct and meeting policies.
