Ruckus will be catering all of our Wonderful Wednesday meals for this series, except for the Ash Wednesday pancake supper provided by the United Methodist Men. The menu plan is as follows, though may be subject to change. Gluten-friendly and vegetarian options will be available for every meal. Please indicate dietary needs as part of the registration process.
February 12 - Pasta Bar (Marinara / Alfredo / Meatballs / Grilled Chicken), Salad, Garlic Bread
February 19 - Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Greens Beans, Salad, Cornbread
February 26 - Boxed meals to eat in Crossroads (Prom Shoppe will be in CLC)
March 5 - Pancake Supper by United Methodist Men
March 12 - Taco Bar
March 19 - Pulled Pork, Baked Beans, Mac & Cheese, Chopped Salad, Cornbread
March 26 - Cheesy Bacon Chicken, Broccoli, Potatoes, Salad, Rolls
April 2 - Spring Break, No Dinner
April 9 - Hibachi Bar
Dinner is from 6-7 p.m. each Wednesday night.
