Apex is a fitness race that combines functional workout stations with running. You can take on the race with a partner or in a team of 4. The race consists of:

800m Run in between each station

1. 1000m Ski Erg

2. 280ft of Sled Push

3. 1000m Row

4. 100 Burpees to riser

5. 100 Pull Ups/Trx Row

6. 200 Corebag Walking Lunges

7. 200 Hand Release Push Ups

8. 100 Wall Balls
