Join us for a golden-hour gathering that celebrates flavor, connection, and the art of slowing down. Hosted just outside The Ancient Olive in charming Winter Park, FL, this interactive Aperitivo Hour invites you to explore the world of extra virgin olive oil under the soft glow of courtyard lights.
Together, we’ll journey through four distinctive olive oils, each thoughtfully paired with a small bite that highlights its unique character-- discover pairing secrets, and connect with others who share a love for good food.

What to Expect:
Your olive oil guide for the evening, Sarah Santa, will lead you through a sensory tasting experience designed to inspire connection and curiosity. Throughout the evening, educator Brad Jones will interweave reflections on how food connects us to nature — adding depth and meaning to the conversation.
Guests will enjoy four aperitivo-style bites, each paired with a unique extra virgin olive oil. We’ll begin with a refreshing welcome “Balsamic Fizz” to set the tone for the night — and while light beverages will be served, guests are welcome to bring their own wine or favorite drink to enjoy during the experience.
Expect good company, delicious bites, and the simple joy of gathering under the night lights with friends old and new.
