Apache Supper Club Grand Opening
LAWTON, OKLAHOMA— The Apache Casino Hotel is redefining the dining experience with the debut of the Apache Supper Club, an exclusive, limited-time restaurant concept featuring an ever-changing lineup of globally inspired menus.
The public is invited to celebrate the grand opening during a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, August 6, at 2:30 p.m. in the Summit Ballroom at Apache Casino Hotel. The ceremony will officially introduce the innovative dining experience before the restaurant opens for dinner service at 3 p.m.
Open Thursday through Sunday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., the Apache Supper Club is designed to surprise and inspire guests with a new culinary destination each week. Each menu is thoughtfully crafted around a different region or cuisine from around the world, creating an immersive dining experience that celebrates culture, creativity and flavor.

"Our chefs have the opportunity to showcase creativity while giving our players and guests something they can't find anywhere else. Every week brings a new destination, new flavors and a reason to come back."

The Apache Supper Club will operate as a limited-time dining experience until the opening of Skydance Brewery, Apache Casino Hotel's highly anticipated new restaurant and brewery currently under construction through a partnership with Native American-owned Skydance Brewing Co. Scheduled to open in early 2027, Skydance Brewery will feature a full-service restaurant, production brewery, sports bar, quick-service grill, casino floor satellite bar, and an intimate speakeasy lounge, further expanding the property's dining offerings.
Guests attending the ribbon-cutting and grand opening will also have the opportunity to meet Hunter Herrin, Apache Casino Hotel sponsored brand ambassador, and one of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association’s (PRCA) top tie-down ropers. Herrin, currently ranked No.18 in the 2026 PRCA World Standings,will join casino leadership for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, welcome players and guests and sign autographs following the event.
