10a check-in - play starts at 11a
Teams choose 3 of the 5 team members to participate in each match. The total of the skill levels of the 3 players fielded cannot exceed 15. Only one player of skill level 6 or higher, can be fielded.
Alternate between 8-Ball & 9-Ball racks, starting with 8-Ball.
Each individual rack is worth one team point - handicapped team race.
Modified single elimination bracket
32 teams maximum
$2500 pay-out to winners for travel assistance w/12+ teams, remainder will go to 2nd & 3rd place teams
Format and payouts will vary depending on entries
Qualifications:
- Must be on an active team in Arapahoe County APA
- Must have 20-matches of 8 or 9-ball (not combined) within the last two years
- Players must have completed two (2) sessions as a Team Captain of a standard 8-Ball, 9-Ball, or Ladies team in the 2024/2025 League year. Teams must be in separate sessions. Players are not allowed to captain two teams in the same session and still be eligible for this event.
- Players must have played at least four (4) matches in the Spring Session in Arapahoe County APA.
- Players must be on an active (Summer Session) APA roster.
List of eligible captains to come after completion of the spring session ~ late May.
