TMK is proud to host an Age of Sigmar Spearhead Tournament in conjunction with our Spearhead System Champion, Darren.
Players will need to demonstrate astute knowledge of the game and make sound tactical decisions to win their games. In addition, our events are a celebration of the hobby, so an attitude overflowing with good cheer, sincerity and positivity is essential for those of you looking to have a great time rolling dice
Prize support from the official Age of Sigmar OP25 kit + extras provided by TMK.

With the exception of the lunch break if all competitors have finished their games early, we may move onto the break or next game earlier. This will all be clearly communicated on the day.
SYSTEM: Warhammer: Age of Sigmar - Spearhead

NUMBER OF GAMES: Three.
PUBLICATIONS IN USE: Warhammer Age of Sigmar Core Book and up-to-date FAQs and Errata. (any updates issued after June 5th will not be included in the tournament)
TOOLS OF WAR: Attendees are expected to bring their Spearhead, 1x Complete set of Spearhead cards, dice, a tape measure and all relevant rules publications.
+SPEARHEAD SELECTION+
You will require at least 1 full Spearhead force to play at this event. Reasonable deviations will be considered but need to be approved prior to the event by our System Champion, Darren.
Remember that any rules updates* released on or after Friday 5th will not be in use at this event,
unless specifically communicated otherwise.
*This includes, but is not limited to, Errata, updated rules, datacards, and any new releases.
Remember that in a tournament setting, What You See Is What You Get – WYSIWYG. Each
miniature must accurately represent its entry on your Roster.
+BEST COAST PAIRINGS+
Best Coast Pairings will be used throughout the event. We recommend familiarising yourself with the software to speed up registration on the day.
Online registration will open during the week before the event, and the event link will be emailed out to all players. This will be sent to the email address used to purchase the tickets. If you bought multiple tickets, please share details with others in your group.
+SCORING AND PAIRINGS+
At the end of each game, we will need to record your scores via Best Coast Pairings. These will then be used to calculate the Best Overall standings.
During the event you will play three games of Spearhead each lasting up to two hours. Your first opponent will be randomised, and after that, you’ll be matched against an opponent with a similar ranking to you.
After each game you will need to report the result of the game, as either a win, a draw or a loss for each player, along with your total victory points scored. Players will be ranked in order, first by the number of games they won and second by the total amount of Victory Points they have scored. Win your games if you can, but even if you think you may lose, it’s still worth trying to score any Victory Points you can!

Prizes are taken from the Spearhead OP kit 25 + extra items supplied by TabletopMK.

Players Choice is a secret ballot at the end of the day
Ties are decided by opponents win strength on BCP.

+CONCEDING+
We expect all players to see the game through to the very end and not concede, as doing so can impact tiebreakers and, ultimately, the final rankings. In the unlikely event that a player does concede before the game has reached its natural conclusion, then the conceding player records a loss and zero victory Points. The conceding player’s opponent records a Victory and any Victory Points they have already scored that game. Of course, if you have some kind of emergency that means you can’t proceed, just let staff know right away.

Payment is non-refundable after July 8th.
If the event fails to go ahead due to reasons caused by TMK or a lack of player interest then a full refund will be issued (even after the payment cut off date)

Free, on street park, available on Windsor St and Church St. There is also a Free carpark 5 minutes walk located next to Saint Georges Church (Agora Parking on Google Maps)
Please note we have allowed extra times for games then most tournaments do. This is our first Spearhead tournament in store and it’s either cram four games in a day with military precision or give a bit of time and make sure we do everything right. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
