Anya Hinkle is an Asheville, NC-based songwriter, steeped in the tones of roots and folk and seasoned by travels across the world. 2019 Merlefest Chris Austin Song Contest winner, “a burgeoning force behind the Appalachian roots revival…” (PopMatters), No Depression calls her 2021 release Eden and Her Borderlands “...one of roots music’s gems so far this year.” She tours extensively across the US, Japan & Europe and released her newest effort, OCEANIA, in 2024 on Red Parlor Records.
Libby Weitnauer is a fiddle player, violinist, songwriter, and educator currently based in Nashville, Tennessee but raised on the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. She has earned degrees in classical violin performance from both DePaul University and New York University and has studied traditional music with teachers including Matt Brown, Rayna Gellert, and GRAMMY Award winner Dom Flemons.
