Duration: 5 weeks (every Wednesday in October)

I am a qualified clinical hypnotherapist with nursing background and experience in adult and neonatal nursing, passionate about helping those in need, and sharing hope and healing where it’s needed most.
These small-group sessions are designed to be comfortable, supportive, and welcoming — perfect for those who have faced mental health challenges, feel life is too fast and competitive, or simply want a safe place to slow down.
Over 5 weeks, we will explore:
� Why anxiety happens and how we can manage it
� Why anxiety can lead to panic — and how to break the cycle
� How hypnotherapy can help calm mind and body
� Simple techniques to feel more confident every day
� Learning to be kinder to ourselves
Relaxed, informal, and interactive — with little activities, friendly discussion, and plenty of tea and warmth.
Price: £65 payable on booking to secure your place in these small group sessions
