About this Event

Anxiety is one of the most common human experiences — and one of the most misunderstood.

Join Perception Psychotherapy for Anxiety Unlocked, a free 3-part lunch and learn series designed to help you understand anxiety from the inside out: the science behind it, the patterns it creates in our lives, and practical tools you can start using right away.

This series is hosted virtually over Zoom, in three short, accessible 30-minute sessions over your lunch break — no need to take time off, travel, or carve out a big chunk of your day. Grab your lunch, log on, listen, and learn.

This series is for curious minds, not those in crisis. Whether you're managing anxiety yourself, supporting someone who is, or simply want to understand yourself and the people around you a little better, these sessions are designed to be welcoming, evidence-informed, and genuinely useful.

Come to one session, two, or all three - whatever works for you. There's no pressure to attend the full series, and no cost to join.

What We'll Cover

Part 1 — July 17, 2026 | 12:15–12:45 PM MT

What anxiety actually is (and why your body isn't broken for feeling it). We'll unpack what's really happening in the brain and nervous system when anxiety shows up — why it's not a flaw, and what it really is — and leave you with a simple regulation tool to start using right away.

Part 2 — July 31, 2026 | 12:15–12:45 PM MT

How anxiety shows up in your relationships, work, and daily patterns. We'll explore the ways anxiety quietly shapes our behaviour, communication, and decision-making. You'll leave this session with another practical tool you can use.

Part 3 — August 14, 2026 | 12:15–12:45 PM MT

Building resilience and a calmer baseline. We'll bring it all together with a deeper look at building long-term resilience, along with another tool to support a steadier, more regulated nervous system over time.

Each session includes its own takeaway, so you'll leave with something useful whether you join one, two, or all three dates.
