Anxiety at Work: When High Performance Becomes High Stress
About this Event
Women in Consulting Engineering Calgary is pleased to present Anxiety at Work: When High Performance Becomes High Stress, proudly sponsored by Stantec.
In fast-paced, high-performing environments, stress and anxiety can often go unnoticed until they begin to affect our well-being, relationships, and performance. In this interactive session, Marisa Hope, Certified Business Coach and Registered Clinical Counsellor, will explore how anxiety can show up in the workplace and why it often impacts high achievers.
Through practical insights and real-world examples, Marisa will share strategies to help participants build greater self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and develop emotional intelligence when navigating workplace challenges.
Whether you're early in your career, managing competing responsibilities, or leading a team, you'll leave with actionable tools to help you better understand your stress responses and approach difficult situations with greater confidence and clarity.
Join WCE Calgary for an evening of learning, connection, and meaningful conversation with peers across the consulting engineering community.
