Anuttara Vinyasa is a highly skilled, powerful and increasingly popular form of Yoga practice. There are many tricks of the trade to learn that will help super-charge one's teaching abilities in order to conduct such a Vinyasa.
If you have a good Yoga practice and you want to improve and share it with others, sign up for our 200 Hour Anuttara Vinyasa Teacher Training.
You will learn how to arrange and compose a choreography that is meaningful, intelligent and logical. You will understand how to project charismatic authority and how to hold space, inspiring your students to thrive at their full potential.

Requirements:
1. Trainees must be in good physical and mental health.
2. Trainees must have an existing Yoga practice. No beginners.
3. Trainees must practice at least four Vinyasa classes at the school weekly.
4. Any and all Yoga classes are included during training.
5. Mandatory attendance for Saturday and Sunday lectures and workshop from 3pm till 7pm.
6. Sobriety is mandatory.
