On October the 11th Piola Piccola starts the in store concert season!For an out of the ordinary experience, we're pleased to invite you to the live performance of Antonio Cortesi, exquisite cello player and true personality in the neo classical italian music scene.
"Antonio Cortesi has embarked on a varied and out-of-the-box career. Trained first in Italy and then in England, the Netherlands and Spain, he has competed in masterclasses with some of the most influential contemporary cellists (D. Geringas, N. Gutman, G. Gnocchi, R. Wallfisch and H. J. Jensen).
Passionate about social media and the digital world, he has created a vibrant community of music lovers and uses his channels to share his personal approach. Since 2020 he has been an official Gewa artist and since 2023 an endorser for the new Gewa Novita 3.0 electric cello. He has performed with numerous orchestras and chamber groups without ever taking away space from contaminations with the world of theater and dance as well as original music projects, collaborating with director Simone Toni, choreographer Sofia Nappi, and writer Giuliano Scabia ."
