Anti-Gravity Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing workshop.
We will explore gentle Anti-Gravity Restorative Yoga poses to ground ourselves and deeply stretch and release tension in the body. Meditative sounds including crystal bowls, chimes and drums are then woven into the practice, offering profound relaxation and inner peace. Together, these practices create a nurturing space for physical and emotional healing, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.

About your instructor Tara:
An experienced and passionate teacher, Tara has been teaching Yoga, including Yin Yoga, since 2010. She recently obtained her sound healing certification and is excited to weave the healing frequencies of sound into her Yoga & Anti-Gravity offerings.
