Anti-Bully Class for Kids

This class is open to kids between the ages of 5 and 12. All fitness and experience levels are welcome. The class runs from 11:00 am to 12 pm on Saturday March 21st. Immediately following the class our demo team will be performing an exciting martial arts demonstration and we will have a bounce house for the kids. Here are the details:

-Material covered will include a grab and ground defense as well as striking drills

-The class is all hands on so bring a friend or family member for added fun

-Wear comfortable workout clothes or a martial arts uniform if you have one

-Cost is only $20 for non-students

-We specialize in helping kids of all ability levels so everyone is welcome

-We will be offering discounted training programs for those who are interested in additional classes
