About the Anthargange:

The Anthargange Trek, located about 70 km from Bengaluru, is a popular short adventure known for its unique combination of trekking and cave exploration. It is an easy to moderate trek covering around 3–4 km, making it suitable for beginners as well as casual trekkers. Many people prefer doing it as a night trek to enjoy the cool weather and witness a beautiful sunrise from the summit. Best visited between October and March, the trek offers scenic views and a refreshing escape from the city.

Itinerary:

Day 0: Departure from Bangalore

• 11:30 PM Pick-up starts from Bangalore

Day 1: Trek to Anthargange

• Around 03:30 AM Reach the trek base and rest for a while

• Around 05:30 AM Start the trek

• 06:30 AM Reach the peak and watch the sunrise

• Stay on the peak for sometime and indulge in photography

• 07:00 AM Descend down to the base

• 08:30 AM Reach back to the base

• 09:00 AM Have breakfast at the restaurant

• 11:30 AM Reach back to Bangalore
