Antenatal Workshop - February 2026

Our monthly antenatal classes provide a full hands-on experience for soon-to-be parents. Covering both prenatal and postnatal topics such as birth options breathing exercises birth preparation movements postnatal care breastfeeding and babycare you can opt to join individual antenatal modules or attend all 4 as a course package.

1 Feb - 9.30am to 12pm - Module 1: Labour & Birth

1 Feb - 1pm to 3.30pm - Module 2: Birthing Movement Workshop

8 Feb - 9.30am to 12pm - Module 3: Postpartum Care & Breastfeeding

8 Feb - 1pm to 3.30pm - Module 4: Baby Care & Bottle Feeding
