Antenatal & Postnatal Course: Birth Prep and Early Postpartum (May)

This is a unique four day course for your upcoming birth experience, the early post partum period and your amazing parenthood journey, particularly if you are becoming a parent of two or more children. You may have had a previous negative birth or postpartum experience, and so this course will hold space for you to navigate memories, to manage expectations and to understand what may have happened previously. This can help to avoid fear of previous scenarios.

Your Course will be run by Fedant accredited, lead antenatal and postnatal educator Susan, who is also a breastfeeding practitioner and a mother of five. Her passion for antenatal and postnatal education and empowerment makes each course truly transformative.
