Join the Edelman Planetarium and Rowan University's School of Earth and Environment for a free "Antarctica: The Giant Awakens" screening. Antarctica: The Giant Awakens is a documentary that follows a team of scientists to Antarctica and highlights the continent’s role in the global climate system and the looming threat of sea-level rise.
Featuring Dr. Jennifer Walker, Assistant Professor in Environmental Science
The film will be followed by a chance to talk to students in Dr. Walker's Global Climate Crisis class about climate change impacts on their hobbies and lives in New Jersey.
