Begin the evening with a guided Lark whisky tasting before stepping inside Antarctica's Heroic Age after hours.
Your experience begins at Lark Distillery, where you'll enjoy a guided tasting of Tasmania's iconic whisky. From there, you'll take a short walk to the Mawson's Huts Replica Museum, where the doors will open exclusively for a small group after hours.
Inside the huts, discover the remarkable story of the Australasian Antarctic Expedition (1911–1914). Through immersive storytelling, explore daily life on the ice, the triumphs and hardships of Mawson's expedition, and the human stories behind one of Australia's greatest eras of exploration.
A shared charcuterie board will be served during the storytelling experience.
Thursday evening includes a special guest presentation by Bill Lark, founder of Lark Distillery.
This is not a standard whisky tasting or museum visit. It is an intimate, immersive experience, intentionally limited to just 16 guests.
