Annual Winter Solstice Natural Wreath Making and Sound Bath
Join us for a rejuvenating experience that combines creativity and relaxation as we celebrate the Winter Solstice. This event features two main activities: wreath making and a soothing sound bath.
Wreath Making
Get in touch with your artistic side by crafting a beautiful natural wreath that symbolizes the season. Participants will have access to a variety of natural materials, including:
Evergreen branches, Pinecones ,Berries, Dried flowers, Ribbons and other decorative elements
All materials will be provided, and guidance will be available for those who need assistance. Create a unique wreath to take home and adorn your space for the winter season.
Sound Bath
After the creative session, relax and unwind with a rejuvenating sound bath. This meditative experience will feature:
Crystal singing bowls
Drums
Chimes
Other soothing instruments
Allow the harmonious sounds to wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and a sense of peace as we embrace the longest night of the year.
