This year's Annual Used Book Sale in conjunction with the Capitol Street Art Fair will be held at the Main Library outdoors in the Drive-Up Window area near the intersection of Quarrier and Summers Streets. All proceeds help fund library programs and services. To accommodate the sale, the Drive-Up Window will be closed all day.Other activities in conjunction with FestivALL and Summer Library Club will be held on the Capitol Street Plaza.
