Families with children of all ages are invited join Penn East for a free night of spookiness and safe trick-or-treating! Live entertainment, a food truck vendor, and wandering ghoulish characters will add to the excitement and Halloween spirit as kids walk through the line of creatively decorated trunks. Costumes are definitely encouraged!
