With more than 35 years of experience in the floral industry, Theresa of Meadowscent Florist brings a wealth of knowledge and artistry to this hands-on workshop. A past national president of the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD), Theresa will guide you through the process of creating your own floral arrangement to bring home and display on your Thanksgiving table.
Along the way, she'll share the fundamentals of floral design, from the elements and principles of composition to practical tips for flower care, helping you create an arrangement that feels both artful and uniquely yours. Whether you're an experienced flower enthusiast or simply looking to try something new, this is a lovely opportunity to learn from an accomplished floral designer, get creative, and leave with something beautiful to enjoy throughout the holiday season.
A few things to know:
All floral materials and supplies are provided.
Please bring your own garden hand pruners, if you have them.
BYOB is welcome.
The class will take place in our barn, so please dress warmly.
