Annual Spring Conference 2025: Healing the Gap

This year's conference is titled, "Healing the Gap: Exploring the Contours of Health Equity in the Black Community.” The conference will focus on addressing the critical barriers to healthcare access, health disparities, and the systemic inequities that continue to disproportionately impact Black communities in Boston and beyond. We will bring together leaders, policymakers, healthcare professionals, advocates, and community members to engage in a meaningful dialogue about the challenges that contribute to health disparities.

Through this conference we hope to raise awareness about the barriers and social determinants of health, discuss the impact of chronic diseases and prominent conditions affecting our community, and explore actionable solutions and initiatives that can help bridge the gap in healthcare disparities.
