The countdown is on! 🎉
Whether you're entering the Show, coming to cheer everyone on, or just fancy a burger and a great day out, we'd love to see you there!
📄 The full Show Schedule is attached to this post, so now is the perfect time to decide which classes you'll be entering. Remember... you don't have to be an expert! The Summer Show is all about having a go, enjoying your allotment and being part of our fantastic community.
📅 Timetable for the Day
⏰ 8:00am – 10:00am
🌼 Exhibits Set Up
Bring along your vegetables, fruit, flowers, baking, preserves, crafts and more. Our volunteers will help direct you to the correct classes.
⏰ 10:00am
🏅 Judging Begins
The show marquee will close while our judges carefully assess each entry.
🎈 Whilst judging is taking place... the Fun Day begins!
Come and enjoy:
🎯 Games for all ages
🌭 BBQ serving burgers and hot dogs
🎟️ Tombola
🎁 Raffle
😄 Plenty of fun for the whole family!
🏆 Once judging has finished
The Show will reopen so everyone can come in, admire all the fantastic exhibits and see who has taken home the prizes!
🥇 Prize Giving
Approximately 2:00pm (timing may vary slightly depending on judging).
🏁 After the prize presentation, the Summer Show & Fun Day will come to a close.
We really hope as many plot holders as possible will enter this year. Every entry helps make the show a success, and you might just surprise yourself with a prize! 🌸🥕🍅
