The Athletes for Nature Annual Rotorua Vegan Donut Ride!
A celebration of everything Athletes for Nature is about - community, movement, care for our planet and FUN!
Join us for a 20km loop around Rotorua Central with 2 stops.
We start and finish at the Waipa Mountain Bike Car Park, riding into Rotorua central, passing some of the town’s best sights.
Whilst this is aimed at being a vegan donut run, you’re free to choose your flavour or any other treat.
We do encourage a buddy system to split the cost and the calories.
This is a leisurely social group ride done as a no-drop, at approximately 20km/h.
Meet at 9:30 AM in the Waipa Mountain Bike Car Park, Whakarewarewa Forest.
Please ensure you have a roadworthy bike, wear a helmet and carry a spare tube/puncture kit.
Athletes for Nature is a movement of outdoor enthusiasts, taking action to safeguard our natural playgrounds, grounded in kaitiakitanga, the Māori traditions and practice of environmental stewardship.
