The Women in Business Annual Retreat is an intentional afternoon designed to strengthen connection, inspire leadership, and prepare our committee for a meaningful and impactful 2026-2027 fiscal year.
Centered around this year’s theme, *Women Who Move Things Forward*, the retreat will bring together committee members for professional and personal development, collaborative team building, and strategic planning focused on the future of Women in Business.
Through guided discussions, leadership development, reflection, and shared visioning, attendees will deepen relationships, celebrate the impact of the committee, and help shape the goals, events, scholarship initiatives, and community influence of the year ahead.
This retreat is more than a planning session. It is an opportunity to invest in the women behind the mission, strengthen our collective leadership, and continue building a committee that creates opportunities, supports nontraditional students, and moves our community forward together.
