Join us for our annual memory walk around the beautiful Entwistle Reservoir on the border of Bolton and Blackburn. The meeting point is Batridge Road car park at 10.45am, with an 11am start time. We estimate the walk will take between 1 to 2 hours.
Entwistle Reservoir at this time of year is well known for a really beautiful and heart warming local tradition whereby people bring festive decorations, baubles, tinsel for example and decorate one the trees at the side of the pathway in memory of loved ones.... family, friends, pets that are no longer with us. For those who wish to, please bring along a decoration or 2, we will pause for a moment, choose a tree to decorate in their memory and remember them 💚 followed by sharing some seasonal refreshments and a warm drink.
