Annual Membership Application

BYOD: All Pendulum Parties are Bring Your Own Drink events. Organizers do not sell, serve, or pour any alcoholic beverages.
Purpose: Our gatherings are intended to create a safe, secure, no-pressure social environment for members to connect.

Substance Use: Guests who arrive overly intoxicated—whether from alcohol or any substance—may be denied entry.
Guest Policy: Only vetted and invited guests will be admitted. Do not bring uninvited or unapproved individuals to the event.
Couples: Couples are expected to arrive and leave together.
Single Males: Attendance will be limited to 5%-10% of total attendance to keep good ratio of Couples to Single Men.

Consent is Mandatory:
No means no. Always respect a guest’s decision.
Seek explicit consent before touching another person—regardless of gender.
Do not invade personal space, especially during intimate moments. If unsure, ask first.

Stalking or harassing behavior—especially toward single women—is strictly prohibited and may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
Rude, disrespectful, or aggressive conduct toward guests or staff will not be tolerated.

Keep noise to a minimum both inside the play areas and outside the venue.
When in a play area and not participating, please remain quiet or whisper.

Promotion Ban: Promoting your own events or services—paid or free—is not allowed and will result in a ban. This includes recruiting at events or promoting other parties, especially those held on the same weekend as a Pendulum Event.

Recruiting or promoting competing events is considered a major breach of trust and disrespects the efforts of our organizers.

We have a strict no drugs and no prostitution policy.
Violators will be asked to leave and may face permanent suspension.

Cleanliness: Please keep the venue clean. If you make a mess or have an accident, clean it up or notify staff for assistance.
Supportive Atmosphere: Every guest deserves to feel respected and safe. Help us maintain the welcoming culture that defines Pendulum Events.

Data Collection Practices

Pendulum Group does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties without your consent. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential and use it only for the contracted purpose.
We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety.
