Please join the Friends of the Farm River for an overview of a year of accomplishments with Keynote Presentation:Beavers as River Restoration Engineers- Opportunities and Challenges
Mike Callahan, President of the Beaver Institute will present on how beavers restore river water quality, improve ecological richness and prevent flooding in a river near you. He will explain simple techniques the Beaver Institute uses to prevent these furry friends from creating nuisance flooding within river systems.
