The Board of Directors of Chesterfield Fire Protection Association, Inc will host the Annual Meeting of the Corporation on Monday, August 11, 2025, starting at 7 pm.
The Board invites anyone over age 18 who pays taxes to the Chesterfield Fire Protection Association to attend. You do not have to be a Chesterfield Resident, only to own property taxed in the district. Topics to be covered at this Annual Meeting include building renovation and replacement, replacement of the brush truck, and many more changes occurring in our district.
Currently, 5 spots on the Board of Directors are up for election at this meeting. Any taxpayer over age 18 is eligible to serve as a volunteer member of the Board of Directors.
Any amendments to the corporate by-laws must be submitted in writing 14 days in advance (7/28/25).
