BSNC will host the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at the Hilton Downtown in Anchorage, Alaska. Doors will open at 8 a.m., the meeting will begin at 10 a.m., lunch will be provided at 12 p.m. Shareholders who cannot attend in person are invited to view the meeting online at www.bsncvote.com.
Questions about BSNC’s business, programs and benefits will be compiled and answered during the Annual Meeting. Please submit questions by 5 p.m. AKDT on Friday, Sept. 19, 2025, to [email protected].
