Thursday , December 11th, 2025.The meeting time and location remain the same: 6:00 PM at Pat’s Oak Manor.
The Annual Members Meeting is a great opportunity to ask questions of the current board, participate in the selection of open board positions, and learn more about running for a seat on our board.
Open Board Positions
Vice President – Assists the President in running the league; works with league officers; member of all committees.
Treasurer – Reports on league funds, dispenses money, maintains books and financial records.
Assistant Player Agent – Assists with assessments, rosters, player rules, paperwork, and All-Stars.
Assistant League Coordinator – Assists with coach recruitment, minor-division rules development, and enforcement of rules (majors and above).
Assistant Equipment Director – Helps ensure all teams receive necessary equipment and uniforms.
Grounds Director – Maintains and prepares fields; oversees upkeep of buildings.
Assistant Grounds Director – Assists with field and building maintenance.
Auxiliary Vice President – Assists Auxiliary President in running the concession stand.
Publicity Director – Oversees league marketing.
Webmaster – Maintains and updates the league website.
Sponsorship/Projects Coordinator – Solicits local sponsors and coordinates special projects.
Board Member Benefits
Fundraising requirement is reduced to 50% of the normal requirement.
Volunteer requirement is fully satisfied.
No league fees.
