🎣 We’re back with our Annual Fishing Derby! 🎣Join us for the Malcolm Firth Memorial Fishing Derby on Saturday, May 30th, 2026 from 6:30am–12:00pm at Orenda Canoe Club (3170 Trunk 7).
No fishing license is required, making this a fun and easy event for everyone to enjoy! Whether you're a seasoned angler or just coming out for a great morning by the lake, there will be lots of locally donated prizes to be won, including a $200 grand prize for the biggest fish 🐟
Registration Fees:
• Ages 16+ — $20
• Ages 12–16 — $10
• Under 12 — FREE
Be sure to register upon arrival for your chance to win!
We will have homemade breakfast sandwiches and coffee on hand as well as hot dogs and hamburgers come later in the morning. We except cash and debit.
