It's one of our favorite times of the year once again, the afternoon that the Cincinnati NAACP W.I.N. Committee earnestly uplifts the Women in our community during our annual luncheon. Please join us as we celebrate this year's esteemed honorees Mrs. Toilynn O'Neal Turner of ROMAC and Angelita Moreno Jones of Eastern Personnel Services for the great work that both these amazing women are doing in our community, accompanied by an empowering address by our dynamic keynote speaker, Rickell Howard Smith, Esq., President & CEO of the YWCA Greater Cincinnati!
