Annual International Festival, August 15, 16 & 17The Purpose of the International Festival is to bring together the multicultural highlights of our parish as a community-building project. It takes over 300 volunteers from committee members who help plan, cooks, servers, carpenters, electricians, handy men, set-up and clean-up crews, security, and more. It’s an event you can enjoy all three days so we can use more help. If you haven’t already gotten a call from a committee member, take the time and let us know you are interested in helping again this year. Please print your name, cell phone, and email information so we can contact you. Even if it’s just for a few hours only or perhaps you can help during the entire festival, let us know.
Pre-sale Tickets and a list of donations needed are available. Pick one up from a committee member outside the church doors. Purchase the pre-sale money in order to save money for your family and to help provide us with the funds needed for the event. Last year we did sell out so don’t wait
Donations: Caned Soda *, 8" paper Plates *, Napkins * Rolls of Paper Towels * Plants * Drop off at the rectory office or before mass on Saturday and Sundays
FULL MEETING for ALL VOLLENTEERS
We will be having a meeting on Thursday July 31st for all volunteers or those that are interested in helping out. Please try to attend.
