Please join us at The Chattanooga Yoga Center on December 19 for my annual candlelight meditation to celebrate the holiday season. Join us and take a few moments from the frantic hustle & bustle of shopping, decorating, and traveling.
This is always a special event, always well attended and filled with light, Love, and Peace.
The event starts at 6:00 and is about 45 minutes.
We will start with gentle movements to prepare the body for a 30-minute meditation.
No need to pre-register, feel free to drop in!
