Get ready to glow, flow, and have some FUN! Richard’s Annual Glow Yoga Workshop is officially on the schedule at Navarre Beach Yoga Studio.
Saturday, October 10th at 6:45 PM
This unforgettable 75-minute experience begins with 15 minutes of glow-in-the-dark body painting, followed by a 60-minute beginner-friendly slow-flow yoga class under black lights with an upbeat playlist.
No yoga experience is needed, and all levels are welcome!
What to wear: Bright neon or light-colored clothing that will glow under the black lights. Wear something you do not mind getting body paint on.
What to bring: Your yoga mat and water. Manduka mats are available to rent for $5, or you may purchase a mat for $20.
Investment: $35 per person
