NOTICE OF BARLEY MOW VILLAGE HALL CIO ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM).
This is to officially notify you all of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Barley Mow Village Hall (CIO). This will take place in the main hall of Barley Mow Village Hall on TUESDAY 28TH JULY starting at 6.00PM.
This meeting is open for anyone to attend but ONLY MEMBERS (individual or group) may vote.
There will be free refreshments for all those attending.
This is the most important meeting of the year for us. An opportunity to review and celebrate our achievements over the last year, look forward to the next year, discuss our independently audited accounts and, most importantly elect the new team of trustees.
If you wish to become a member then annual membership (1st April - 31st March) is ONLY £5.00. You can become a member by calling in at Barley Mow Village Hall, completing a simple membership form and paying the £5.00.
