Annual General Meeting

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Monday, June 15th at 7:00 pm

The Annual General Membership Meeting of the Nanaimo Curling Club will be held on Monday, June 15, 2021, beginning at 7:00 pm in the Canada 150 Room of the Nanaimo Curling Centre.
The order of business will be the hearing of financial statements, a report on the year’s activities, the election of officers for the ensuing year, and any other business that may be brought before the meeting. All Members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
If you were not a member this past year, you may not vote at the AGM, but you are still most welcome to attend.
Officers to be elected are:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Director of Facilities
Director of Fundraising
Director of Curling
Director of Marketing
Director of Membership and Communications
Director of Bonspiels and Volunteers
Nominations for any of the above officers’ positions should be forwarded to Heather Lindsay-Lecuyer, Secretary, Nanaimo Curling Club, at [email protected]
or P. O. Box 272, Nanaimo, B.C. V9R 5L3. An individual may nominate themselves. Nominations remain open until the vote for officers is asked for during the AGM.
