Notice of Project Theatre AGM 2024: Sunday 2nd of February 2024 at 2.30PM in the Project Theatre Studio.
All members (parents) are invited to the PT Annual General Meeting where reports will be presented by the Chair of the Board, the Treasurer, Secretary and the Artistic Director summarising our activities of 2024 and looking forward to activities in 2025.
Trustees and office bearers will also be voted onto the board for 2024.
If you need to bring children and young people along, please let us know and we can keep them entertained and supervised in the studio also whilst meeting going on but we need to know in advance please for capacity.
The public are also welcome to attend - please just email [email protected] in advance.
We are hoping to present a small performance / presentation and have refreshments also.
Agenda for the AGM, Minutes of the 2024 AGM and any proposed Amendments to the Constitution will be emailed to members and Annual Accounts will be presented at the meeting.
