Annual Fundraising Event

Boys to Leaders Foundation is excited to be celebrating our Annual Fundraising Event on

July 18th, 2024, at The Highlawn at 1 Crest Dr. West Orange, NJ 07052. Each year our annual event has recognized prominent leaders in our community who have made a significant impact on young men in New Jersey. This year we honor three outstanding individuals for their dedication:

Hermano Leadership Award: Dr. Reinaldo Santiago

Lifetime Achievement Award: Luis Diaz

Rising Star Award: Erik Lascano

As you may recall this event serves as our organization’s annual fundraiser. Sponsorships of this long-standing event directly support Boys to Leaders Foundation’s mission to empower, motivate and inspire young men by providing leadership trainings, mentorship, educational programs, positive and personal professional development.
